the EC
General
Members of the EC serve on a volutary basis. The
board is composed of members of large and small
organizations, consultants, and academics. The
board strives for a balanced representation of
these three groups.
Requirements for Application to the EC
- Attend and participate in KMG meetings for 6
months or more
- Assist in the planning and management of one
or more KMG meetings
- Contribute to the intellectual capital of
the KMG meetings
- Be nominated for participation on the board
by two or more EC members
Board Responsibilities
- Regularly attend and participate in KMG
meetings
- Regularly attend and contribute to the
monthly EC meetings
- Take responsibility for coordinating the
hosting of one or more meetings per year
- Take responsibility for obtaining a speaker
for one or more meetings per year
- Solicit and identify resources on behalf of
the organization
- Contribute to the intellectual capital of
the EC and KMG meetings
- Perform other duties as necessary to attain
the goals of the organization
